Classical Technique
This non-syllabus class is designed for experienced dancers, including intermediate-level students, current and former professionals, and dance teachers seeking to maintain and elevate their practice.
Classes follow the Vaganova technique, with an emphasis on strength, alignment, musicality, and artistic expression. Dancers are encouraged to refine their technique, build consistency, and challenge themselves in a focused and supportive environment. Individual corrections and level-appropriate modifications are provided throughout each session to ensure safe and effective progress.
Online classes are offered as a complement to studio training, supporting continuity and deeper technical understanding, rather than replacing in-person practice. Designed for small spaces, all exercises are adapted for home practice. Every last Monday of the month - Pointe class! (Optional)

Each week focuses on specific elements such as posture, balance, flexibility, flow, and control, allowing for steady and well-rounded progress. Designed for small spaces, all exercises are carefully adapted to be safe and effective at home. Every movement is taught with attention to proper alignment and injury prevention, ensuring a mindful and secure training experience for all participants.

Body Conditioning
This body conditioning class is inspired by ballet and Pilates, designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt the entire body in a controlled and mindful way.
Classes focus on improving posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength, while developing coordination, alignment, and fluidity of movement. The combination of ballet-inspired exercises and Pilates-based techniques creates an effective, low-impact workout that supports both strength and mobility. No previous ballet or dance experience is required. Designed for small spaces, all exercises are carefully adapted for home practice, with an emphasis on proper technique, body awareness, and injury prevention.
